About Us

Who We Are and  What We Do

We are a social enterprise helping people in London’s underserved communities to get ahead in life and access greater opportunities. We achieve this by helping them to acquire much-needed digital skills for everyday life and work in this Digital Age, by creating awareness of opportunities and through our personal development programmes and wellbeing support. We champion lifelong learning. Our work aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals 1, 4 and 8.

What Are Digital Skills?

Digital skills are the abilities and competencies we need to use digital devices, digital software, and digital tools effectively. They cover a wide range, including basic computer literacy, proficiency in using software applications, understanding digital security and privacy practices, coding and programming knowledge, data analysis, digital communication, and online collaboration. Don’t worry if all this sounds daunting. We break it all down here and in our programmes.

Now, since technology keeps on advancing, digital skills will keep on evolving. Therefore, there will always be new digital skills to learn. Exciting times! So, whatever your age, stage or circumstances, we invite you to join our community as a lifelong learner!

What Our Clients Say About US

I now know how to simplify complex text using the technology, so I can understand it better. This will help me with my studies.

I was happy with the workshop. There were examples of what you can use AI for, and we had opportunities to practice for ourselves, unlike in some workshops where it’s just the presenter talking.

I learned how to use the dictation function, which converts spoken words to written text, and the voice function, which generates spoken responses so I can listen. This will help me with studying.

“What I learned in the workshop will help me with writing my CV and cover letters. Sometimes, it’s hard to communicate what I want to say but I learned how to use the technology to improve my expression. I also learned how to use it to practise for interviews. It will help me to express myself better.”
