This fun two-page activity lets children become tech heroes in their own community! With simple prompts and space to draw, kids will explore how technology can solve real-world problems – and imagine themselves using super tech powers to make life better for others.

This activity helps children:

• See themselves as future inventors, engineers, designers, or coders

Follow-on Activities:

1. Present It Like a Pro
   Have your child present their tech idea to the family – what it does, how it works, and why it matters!
2. Build a Mini Model
   Use LEGO, craft supplies, or cardboard to create a simple model of their tech gadget or invention.
3. Story Time
   Write a short story or comic about themselves as a tech superhero on a mission to solve the problem.
4. Tech Talk
   Look up real-life inventions that are solving similar problems today – from clean water tech to accessibility apps.
5. Classroom or Club Sharing
   Bring their idea to school and start a “Tech for Good” wall or mini-exhibition with other kids’ creations!
6. Create a Manual
   Create a manual describing your super tech gadget and how it works. You can use paper, pens and pencils or create a digital manual. Be sure to include a diagram with labelled parts and include your name as the inventor!
